Regulations RBR-BG, Season 2016-A
1. GENERAL LEAGUE DETAILS
1.1 All RBR-BG championships are available for people from all countries.
1.2 All RBR-BG championships are executed using Czech Plugin.
1.3 All RBR-BG championships are based on real bulgarian competitions.
1.4 All RBR-BG rules are based on real bulgarian regulations.
1.5 All RBR-BG information will be published in championships official website (www.rbr-bg.weebly.com).
2. RBR-BG RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
2.1 All conditions of events are tried to remake as it was in real bulgarian rally championship event as realistic as possible.
2.2 RBR-BG Rally Championship has 6 events.
2.3 Each event consists of two legs. The nature of the special stages is determined by the real rally as possible.
2.3.1 The first leg start at 0:00 Thursday and ends on Saturday at 23:59.
2.3.2 The second leg starts on Sunday at 00:00 and ends on Tuesday at 23:59.
2.4 Date of each phase is determined by the calendar.
2.5 Service Area during the rally set according to the real counterpart.
2.6 Between legs operating system "Rally2" which provides for a fine for each missed by east SS, which is calculated by the formula "absolute best time + 300 seconds."
2.7 The administration reserves the right to change the calendar, or parts unilaterally. But should inform at least 3 days before the start of the rally.
3. RBR-BG RALLYSPRINT CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
3.1 All conditions of events are tried to remake as it was in real bulgarian rallysprint championship event as realistic as possible.
3.2 RBR-BG Rallysprint Championship has 6 events.
3.3 Each event consists of one leg. The nature of the special stages is determined by the real rally as possible.
3.3.1 The leg start at 0:00 Thursday and ends on Tuesday at 23:59.
3.4 Date of each phase is determined by the calendar.
3.5 Service Area during the rally set according to the real counterpart.
3.6 "Rally 2" system which provides for a fine for each missed by east SS, which is calculated by the formula "absolute best time + 300 seconds" will be used.

4. RBR-BG HILLCLIMB CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
4.1 All conditions of events are tried to remake as it was in real bulgarian hillclimb championship event as realistic as possible.
4.2 RBR-BG Hillclimb Championship has 9 events.
4.3 Each event consists of two tournaments (Training and Race). The nature of the special stages is determined by the real event as possible.
4.3.1 The training tournament start at 0:00 Thursday and ends on Saturday at 23:59.
4.3.2 The race leg starts on Sunday at 00:00 and ends on Tuesday at 23:59.
4.4 Date of each phase is determined by the calendar.
4.5 After each run, there will be a 30 minute service area.
4.6 "Rally 2" system will not be used.
4.7 The Training tournament is free to all drivers, and no registration is needed.
4.8 To participate in the Race tournament, you need to enroll in it, by the enroll system in Czech plugin.
4.9 The administration reserves the right to change the calendar, or parts unilaterally. But should inform at least 3 days before the start of the race.
5. REQUESTS
5.1 If the status of the driver shows "DNF", request will be rejected..
5.2 If the status of the driver is "DNS" or there isn't a status, request will be approved.
6. CARS
6.1 All RBR-BG championships allow all cars from RC2, RC3, RC4 classes.
6.2 Cars are divided to three classes: RC2, RC3, RC4.
6.3 Car can be changed multiple times during the season.
7. POINTS SYSTEM
7.1 There will be an overall classification for all the drivers.
7.2 There will be a classification by class for all the drivers.
7.3 There will be an overall classification only for Bulgarian drivers.
7.4 There will be a classification by class only for Bulgarian drivers..
7.5 Points system is based on 25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1 basis.
8. ADITIONAL INFORMATION
8.1 For register of drivers for a race is used enroll system on the site of Czech Plugin, and all the races are free to every driver.
8.1.1 Registration period starts approx. 2 weeks before the race, and ends 12 hours before the start.
8.1.2 Plates and entry list for each race will be published on the site 12 hours before the start of the event.
8.2 Each driver can send photos from a race to the official e-mail of RBR-BG, which is [email protected].
8.2.1 The subject of the e-mail must be in this format: Photos - Driver name, Name of the race
8.3 Photos will be published on the FB page of RBR-BG, which is Richard Burns Rally Bulgaria, if on the car skin there are plates.
8.4 Each driver can find the plates and his number for each event on the event page in the official RBR-BG site
(rbr-bg.weebly.com).
8.5 Each driver must have his name in this style: NAME Surname or SURNAME Name.
8.5 Regulations can be change at any time by the organizer.
8.6 Championship events dates can be changed according to holidays or other encountered problems.
8.7 The organizer reserves the option to change all the circumstances of the championship at any time during the RBR-BG season.
